Our founding office in Newark, New Jersey has been our base for talent operations since 2012. We serve as a strategic people partner to help engage, manage, and grow talent.
2012
The Gilmore Group was established in 2012 Gilmore Career Services & Department (GCSD) in East Orange, New Jersey. Initially, GCSD concentrated on offering workforce development and mentoring services to individuals within the New Metropolitan area. By 2015, the organization broadened its to include small business development services.
2017
In 2017, iSourceHR was established, and its services grew to provide staffing solutions for businesses seeking Human Resource professionals. iSourceHR also introduced a job board.
2020 - 2024
In 2020, amid the peak of the and a growing need for essential workforce solutions, The Gilmore Group was established. The following year, operations were launched in Baltimore, MD, alongside the introduction of Skillmate Virtual Campus. By 2022, The Gilmore Group expanded its reach into Pennsylvania and Ohio.
